Smoking is allowed outside the home. Inside smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests who do not respect house rules for smoking or vaping may have their reservation canceled immediately, be asked to leave, and be charged a $200 fee. Any butts left behind may subject the guest to extra cleaning fees. There are outside security cameras to monitoring.

3 miles from I-40, the cabin easily accessible from a blacktop road via a gravel driveway. Even in snowy weather there's no need for a 4 wheel drive.

Owner

We are a couple with four children and a love for the Smoky Mountains. We are developing a hospitality business in the Smoky Mountains, including luxury cabins, small cabins, and a glamping campground (HospitableHomes.com) We have a passion for travel; having explored Mexico and Central and South America, we aspire to visit Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Our homeschooled children go with us wherever we go. As followers of Jesus, we believe in the Biblical principle of hospitality and aim to embody it in our business and personal lives. We like the out of doors but hate the heat. We should probably live in Alaska. We try to live life to its fullest with our kids in tow.

Guest will receive a code which will be the last four digits of the phone number phone number registered with your reservation.

House Rules

1. The guest who books must sent a message to the host after booking which includes the names and contact information (email or cell phone number) of each of the other adult guests on the reservation.
2. We love our neighbors, so we like to keep it quiet after 10:00 pm. and before 7 am.

If the tenant violates any part of this Addendum, the tenant will then be in default of the lease. In the event of a default, the landlord may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with local and state regulations to evict or have the tenant removed from the leased premises, as well as seek judgment against the tenant for any monies owed to the landlord as a result of the tenant’s default.

Payment Policy

50% down and the balance is due 31 days prior to your arrival. We charge a 2.5% credit card fee. You can pay by cash or a cash forwarding app like Zelle to save the credit card fee. Checks are accepted if your booking is more than 45 days away.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancelation policy is that you can cancel 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival we will try to rebook the dates and refund you the amount we are able to recoup up to your full booking amount.
